Henry Barahona

Henry began his career with us in September 2011 as an Inventory Analyst, quickly ascending to Warehouse Manager by January 2014. His leadership ensured the stability and prosperity of our warehouse operations. Transitioning to the Spares Sales division in February 2017 as a Business Analyst, Henry's impact was pivotal, leading to his promotion to Spares Sales Manager in November 2019. Promoted again to Director of Spares in April 2022, Henry exceeded annual sales targets and boosted revenue, overseeing a multidisciplinary team encompassing sales, purchasing, repairs, and warehousing. Recognizing his achievements, Henry was appointed Senior Director of Spares in December 2023.
 

Henry brings over 20 years of expertise in aviation, sales, inventory, and warehouse management, complemented by an MBA from Eseune Business School, Bilbao, Spain, and a Bachelor of Management Finance from the University of Lethbridge, Alberta. His success stems from a commitment to employee engagement and results-driven material management.
 

In May 2024, Henry's journey culminated in his promotion to Vice President of Spares, where he now directs global spares operations, aligning purchasing, repairs, and warehousing with Avmax's strategic objectives. His strategic leadership ensures that sales goals are met and business strategies are effectively executed.
